On Saturday, June 6th, we’ll be co-hosting a community block party with Les Blank Films and Arhoolie FOUNDATION in the parking lot (10341 San Pablo Avenue in El Cerrito). The block party will feature live music starting at 2pm with DH favs the CHUCKLEBERRIES and at 4pm Arhoolie Award winners ANDRE THIERRY followed by the SONS of the SOUL REVIVERS. Plus local food vendors, a DJ set by Andy Cabic of Vetiver, and an outdoor screening of Les Blank’s The Blues Accordin’ to Lightnin’ Hopkins.Hope to see you there!
