Jenna Mammina combines folk music, pop, and jazz, performing with guitarist Rolf Sturm. She covers a wide range of music, including songs ranging from Abbey Lincoln (her idol) to Elvis Costello, U2, and Tom Waits, as well as original compositions. Her voice has been described as “sweet and flexible”,”whisper-like” with “air-brushed phrasings and silky nuance”….
Local artist, Ken Hayes (founder of the El Cerrito Free Folk Festival), will be performing live on our Down Home stage. Playing originals in the americana-country-folk tradition influenced by both Hank Williams & Dylan. He’ll be joined by Ann Wright-Banjo on Fiddle & Tom Cline on the Dobro & Mandolin.
